The winners of art08, the Arts Council awards for the north-west, have been announced. Celebrating collaboration between art and business, the Bluecoat and Yorkshire Bank have received the Creative Sparks award for Shine at the Bluecoat, our monthly participation activity for 11 - 16 year olds.
