To help us process your opportunity posts as quickly as possible, please use the guidance below:

• Opportunity Title: You must use the formatting: ‘Opportunity Name’, ‘Employer’
• Please select only one category:
  • Jobs: All jobs – we will only accept job listings in the North West
  • Calls: Calls, exhibition opportunities and commissions from the North West. If they are unpaid, please be clear about expenses and the wider opportunity
  • UK Calls: Calls to UK artists from around the UK. European and International Calls can be submitted here, provided that artists in Merseyside are eligible.
  • Volunteering: Any volunteering roles, short or long-term (eg. Board Members, Event Support)
  • Studio Vacancies: These can be long-term posts without deadlines (select Rolling Deadline if so) or specific short-term posts. 
  • Funding: Funding opportunities, UK-wide where artists and Merseyside are eligible.
• Payment type: 
  • Paid: Any paid opportunity
  • Unpaid: Any unpaid opportunity
  • Expenses Only: Volunteering opportunities with expenses specified – this must be clear in the submission
• Contact Email: This is for Art in Liverpool to contact you about your post if we have any questions. It is not shared publicly. 
• Application Link: We prefer opportunities to link to your website, or application forms. You can include social media links here is none others exist. Emails are accepted in this section if you would prefer to receive applications directly via email. Please note that this page does not host any documents applicants will need. If you have them as part of your application process, please include a link to the page where they are hosted.
• Deadline / Rolling Opportunity: Not all opportunities have deadlines. If they do, use the date picker to select the date you’d like this post to stop appearing on Art in Liverpool. If they are rolling opportunities, link funding, or gallery volunteers, please select ‘Rolling’, this post will appear lower down the list, but will always be there.
