Galleries Team Leader

Part time 30 hours per week (over 4 days)

£21,387.60 per annum plus staff benefits

Lowry is an internationally acclaimed cultural landmark situated at the heart of MediaCityUK, one of the world’s most exciting culture and media destinations.

We are looking for a Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day running of the galleries and lead the front of house team in the delivery of excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include leading the team in the delivery of tours, encouraging a strong donation ask and supporting in the delivery of engagement activities.

With a friendly and outgoing approach, the ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, with the ability to both generate and demonstrate proactive interaction with staff and visitors alike.

Please note this post includes working 2 weekends per month based on a 4 week monthly rota schedule. There is also an expectation to work over the festive period – this year the working days over this period will include 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 30th, 31st December and 1st January.
